Why buy from a computer store that also repairs computers
A shop that only sells sees a machine once. A shop that repairs sees it again in three years — and that changes what it is willing to sell you.
We see how machines age
Because the workshop is in the same building as the shop, we see which designs hold up and which come back. Which hinges fail, which keyboards wear out, which machines are straightforward to open and which turn a simple repair into an expensive one.
None of that appears on a specification sheet, and none of it can be learned by a business that never sees a machine after it leaves.
Selling you too much is a bad trade for us
When the same business handles the sale and the support afterwards, overselling is not a win. A customer sold more than they needed does not come back, and a customer sold something unsuitable comes back annoyed.
That is why we will tell you when a cheaper option is enough, or when repairing what you have is the better decision than replacing it.
Repair is an option, not a fallback
Sometimes the right answer is not to buy a computer at all. A drive or memory upgrade to a sound machine costs a fraction of replacement and can extend its useful life by years. Because we do both, we can tell you which situation you are in without arguing against our own interests.
New parts carry a one-year warranty, excluding acts of God, physical damage and neglect. Technicians are trained and certified.
